Generally, during raw sex (sex without a condom) a boy will ejaculate (cum) inside a girl's doohickey(vagina). Most likely that boy is making live sperm and they are inside that wad of white fluid he just squirted in you. Since the sperm are smart, they swim to the egg in the girl. Sperm have egg-radar and they can live for a couple days doing their Indiana Jones thing. When one of them reaches the magic egg you'll have the start of a baby (which supposedly will suck the youth and money out of you.)
It's possible that a boy could squirt no sperm(blanks) and not get you pregnant. However, I doubt you're going to be so lucky.
Get a condom. Most certainly use it if you're not old enough to work. Don't msg me if you get pregnant.
