Many guys live to get laid. And if they get a record on pictures/hidden cam video, all the merrier. Guys that are pricks don't want to know about the fabric of a chick's life. Dudes are eventually out there for the thrill of the hunt and sex is always the prize to brag about.
A tool will listen and nod to women. However, he is mentally calculating how bored he is -against- a mental fantasy of power-drilling her into weakness.
The nice guys are the ones looked over by the women -constantly. Nice guys sort of know they aren't going to score with the hotties. Courteous manners never translated into a hot and heavy relationship. 'Those dorks' remember every instance of being dismissed as not man enough for the cut. I would venture, (and maybe even ride some cash on the fact), that guys on the sex circuit, the ones that treat girls like spoiled misfits, were at one time treated like crap by the ladies. In a karmic kind of way, sadly, what goes around, comes around. Shitty guys are made by shitty girls.
It's only the bimbos who date the sub-human men then publicly declare, for all woman-hood; "All guys are tools." There are far fewer, hard-core 'guy pricks,' than what may seem.
